★ RETURNS POLICY ★

As we are a small business, our returns, exchange and refund policies can vary from other online retailers. Please read carefully through the below information before making a purchase. 

 

★ RETURNS & EXCHANGES ★ 

If you ordered the wrong size or you've changed your mind, please contact us within 1 week of receiving your order and we will provide you with an address to send your item back to, please note this will be at your own expense. Ensure your unwanted items are sent back to us within 5 business days in their original condition (please reuse the original packaging where possible), once received and checked we can offer you an exchange for a different size (if we have it) OR a return in the form of store credit. If you are unable to contact us within 1 week of receiving your order we can ONLY offer a store credit.

 

★ STORE CREDIT ★

If you are eligible for a store credit as a result of a return or exchange (this does not include Y.O.T.G gift cards), it will be sent to you via email and will look like a one-off code that you can apply at checkout in the 'Discount code or gift card' section and is valid for 1 year.

 

★ REFUNDS ★

Refunds are only accepted if an item is deemed faulty and cannot be replaced. If this is the case, you will need to email us within 1 week of receiving your order to process your return. We will provide you with a prepaid postage slip for you to print and attach to your parcel (please reuse original packaging where possible). After we have received your items we will provide you with a full refund (inclusive of shipping). 

 

★ UP-CYCLED OR CUSTOMISED ITEMS  ★ 

Garments from our Up-Cycled by YOTG collection or that have been customised have a strict [ NO ] return or exchange policy. We are trying to do our but in diverting unwanted clothing from landfill, so there is a chance sizing, colour and condition may not be up to the same standards as new products. Please consider this by taking your measurements, carefully reading the item description and reaching out if you have any queries before purchasing.
